Before setting off, check both camera views while the motorcycle is stationary, then choose your route and review any focus zones before starting Ride mode.
- Camera alignment checkA simple live preview and centre guides help you position your phone correctly. Nothing is recorded or saved during the check.
- Front and rear where supportedCompatible phones can show both camera views together. Halo will let you know if your phone supports one camera at a time instead.
- Helpful focus zonesYour route can highlight places where a little extra attention may be useful. They are guidance, not a prediction of danger.
Your memories stay yours. Full-ride footage remains private on your device and is never automatically shared with Emergency Assist.
When Halo detects a possible collision
A clear path from detection to human response.
If Halo senses a possible collision, a clear 20-second countdown gives you time to cancel the alert. If you do not respond, Halo creates an incident alert and notifies Avenrà Emergency Assist.

If you enable incident video, Halo keeps up to the final 60 seconds of audio-free footage ready on your phone. Nothing is shared during the cancellation countdown, and footage from a cancelled alert is discarded.
- Road-facing firstIf your phone can use only one camera, Halo prioritises the view of the road ahead.
- Front and rear where supportedCompatible phones can add the rider-facing view, giving responders both perspectives.
- Shared only after an alertThe final clips are sent only after the countdown ends and the incident alert has been created.
Video is supporting information. Responders can act on your location and other available details without waiting for footage to arrive.
One ride only
Extra reassurance during a test ride.
With your permission, Test Ride Monitoring lets authorised Avenrà staff follow your latest location, the road you are travelling on, current and top speed, and phone connection during one demonstrator ride.
- Permission for one rideMonitoring applies only to your next ride and must be deliberately enabled again for any later test ride.
- Ends automaticallyMonitoring stops when Ride mode ends or when the maximum test-ride period is reached.
- Your other choices stay separateTest Ride Monitoring does not automatically enable Emergency Assist, incident video or medical sharing.

Ride Memories turns a ride you choose to record into a private, audio-free memory. On supported phones, rear footage and a front picture-in-picture can be enjoyed in one window, or viewed separately.

Halo Community gives riders an optional place to meet, exchange stories and stay connected. Joining the public side is a deliberate choice, with a separate username and clear controls over visibility and messages.
