To achieve the EVO's blistering 3.9s 0-60mph time, the motor pushes 850 Phase Amps. In a standard electric motor, this energy creates intense heat that gets trapped inside the core by a layer of air (a thermal insulator).
When a standard motor gets too hot, it "throttles"—cutting power to save itself.
We don't accept compromise.
We replace that insulating air gap with a proprietary Ferrofluidic Thermal Bridge. Held in place by the motor's own magnets, this liquid creates a superhighway for heat to escape the core and dissipate through the wheel rim 40% faster.
Our validation protocol involves 20 minutes of sustained 70mph highway riding, followed immediately by repeated full-throttle hill climbs.
Hits 140°C thermal limit. Power is cut to cool down.
Stabilizes at 105°C. Full 400Nm torque remains available.
Yes. The fluid is chemically engineered to be inert and non-corrosive. It is held in place by the magnetic field of the motor itself. It does not leak, degrade, or require top-ups.
On the contrary—it protects it. Because this is a factory-integrated process performed at Avenra HQ, it is fully covered by our standard 3-Year / 60,000-mile warranty. In fact, by running cooler, your motor is likely to last significantly longer.
Cost and complexity. The fluid itself is expensive, and the process to inject and seal it requires precision engineering that most mass-market brands avoid to save money. We chose performance over cost-cutting.
