Delete your Halo account
Updated 14 September 2026
You can request deletion of your Avenrà Halo account and its associated personal data without installing the app or signing in.
Send your request
Email info@rideavenra.com from your registered email address with the subject Delete my Halo account. Say that you want your Halo account and associated data deleted. Do not send your PIN, passwords or identity documents in your first email.
This opens your email app. Send the message to submit the request. If an email app is unavailable, copy the address above into your email service. If you cannot use your registered email address, contact the same address for help verifying ownership.
What happens next
Avenrà support verifies ownership, confirms the scope and responds with the next steps and expected completion date. Deletion covers Halo access, profile and contact data, linked ride and location records, battery insights, uploaded private documents and media, diagnostic reports, emergency settings and community data associated with your account, subject to the exceptions below. Active Halo sessions and sharing links are revoked as part of fulfilment.
Records that may need to be retained
Motorcycle purchase, payment, tax, warranty, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute or other legally required records may need to remain separately from your Halo account. Deleting Halo does not cancel a motorcycle purchase or finance agreement. Support will explain the specific records, reason and applicable retention period. Backups are removed or overwritten through their retention cycle; retained backups must not be restored into ordinary use after deletion.
Data held on your devices
Ride Memories, cached readings and downloads can also exist on your phone. Clear Halo's app storage or uninstall it after saving anything you need. Delete files you exported to other apps separately. Deleting the app alone does not submit an account-deletion request. Recipients may retain information you previously chose to share with them.
