From the moment you register your Ampèra ONE or EVO, you are covered for 3 years or 60,000 miles (whichever arrives first).

  • Covers the original motorcycle and factory-fitted accessories.
  • Includes parts and labour for approved warranty repairs.

Standard Exclusions

  • Consumables: Tyres, brake pads, discs.
  • Cosmetic wear: Scratches, corrosion from neglect.
  • Damage from accidents, theft, or vandalism.
  • Modifications not approved by Ampèra.

Owner Duties

  • Follow the maintenance schedule.
  • Use correct charging equipment.
  • Report faults immediately upon discovery.
  • Keep records of all service work.

Seamless Claims Process

We know that when a bike is off the road, it's an inconvenience. Our goal is to get you back riding as quickly as possible.

We utilise a network of mobile technicians across the UK. For many warranty issues, we can come to your driveway or workplace, diagnose the issue, and often repair it on-site.

How to make a claim

  1. Contact Support: Email or call the Ampèra UK team with your VIN and a description of the fault.
  2. Triage: We will attempt to diagnose via remote data or video call.
  3. Assessment: If required, a mobile technician is dispatched to inspect the vehicle.
  4. Resolution: Valid warranty repairs are completed with genuine Ampèra parts at no cost to you.
