How Your Subscription Payments Work
We want your ownership experience to be as smooth and transparent as the ride itself. To provide a secure, FCA-regulated, and 0% interest payment structure, we work with our dedicated finance partner to manage your monthly subscription.
Important Note Regarding Your Agreement:
Because this is a formalized monthly payment plan, the setup link you receive will use standard financial terms like "credit agreement" or "loan."
While this is legally a credit agreement required to split your balance into installments, it will not appear on your credit report or affect your credit score. Our finance partner only performs a routine "soft check" to verify your details, which is only visible to you. You are not taking out a traditional interest-bearing bank loan, and you will pay exactly what was quoted on your configuration.
1. Setting Up Your Plan
- Initial Rental: When you secure your build slot, you pay your initial rental safely via debit or credit card through our checkout.
- Verification: The remaining balance of your 12-month subscription is passed to our finance partner. You will receive an official Avenrà-branded email and a text message containing a secure link to sign your agreement and set up your monthly direct debit. Please note: This link will expire after 24 hours, after which a new subscription request form will need to be completed.
- 0% Interest: Our partner splits the balance into 12 equal, interest-free monthly payments.
2. End of Year One: Your Choice
At the end of your first 12 months, you have three simple options:
- Renew: We simply set up a new 12-month payment structure for the following year and you keep riding.
- Buyout: Purchase your bike outright at a reduced loyalty rate and end the monthly payments.
- Return: If your circumstances have changed, you can simply return the bike to Avenrà HQ.
3. Long-Term Loyalty Buyouts
If you choose to stay with us, the purchase price of your bike reduces significantly each year. By the end of Year 3, you can choose to purchase your Avenrà for a fraction of its original retail price or continue with a fresh subscription.
